MeetingTime is a reminder-call service
for Google Calendar.
In plain terms: you sign in with your Google account and verify your mobile phone number. MeetingTime then reads the start times and titles of the upcoming events on your Google Calendar, and places an automated phone call to your verified number a few minutes before each meeting begins. When you answer, a recorded voice tells you which meeting is starting and at what time, in your own timezone. Placing those reminder calls is the app's only purpose — there is nothing else it does with your Google account.

Every permission, and what it's for.
When you sign in, Google asks you to grant the permissions below. MeetingTime requests no others, and uses each one only for the stated purpose.
- ✓Sign in and your email address (
openid,userinfo.email) — to create your MeetingTime account, recognise you when you return, and email you billing receipts. - ✓See the list of calendars in your account (
calendar.calendarlist.readonly) — so we know which calendars to check for upcoming meetings. - ✓Read events on those calendars (
calendar.events.readonly) — we read the start time and title of upcoming events. The start time tells us when to ring you; the title is what the voice reads out on the call.
Read-only, always
Both calendar permissions are read-only. MeetingTime cannot create, edit, or delete events, and it never writes anything to your calendar.
Not sold, not shared, not used for ads
Your calendar data is used only to schedule and place your reminder calls. We do not sell or rent it, do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
You can revoke at any time
Remove MeetingTime from your Google account permissions or delete your account from your MeetingTime settings. Deleting your account erases your stored Google tokens and scheduled calls.
Google API Limited Use
MeetingTime's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
