Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-19
Effective date: 2026-07-19
Operator: 17338406 Canada Inc, "MeetingTime," "we," "us."
By creating an account or using MeetingTime, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
MeetingTime places an automated phone call about one minute before each of your Google Calendar meetings. Reminders are a best-effort convenience, not a guarantee (see "No guarantee" below).
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and provide a US or Canadian phone number. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected Google account secure.
Google account connection
You connect your Google Calendar via OAuth and grant MeetingTime read-only access to your calendar list and events. You can revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; doing so stops the service from functioning.
Phone calls and consent
By verifying your number and opting in, you consent to receive automated reminder calls at that number. Standard call and message rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by pressing 9 during a call or via your account page. We only call the number you verified, and only for reminders you configured — never marketing.
Subscription and billing
MeetingTime costs $7.99/month with no free tier. Billing is handled by Stripe; your subscription auto-renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use MeetingTime to violate any law, to call numbers you don't own or control, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
No guarantee (important)
MeetingTime is a best-effort reminder tool. Calls depend on third parties (Google, Twilio, carriers) and can be delayed, missed, or fail. Do not rely on MeetingTime as your sole reminder for anything important. We are not responsible for meetings you miss, for any consequences of a delayed, failed, or missed call, or for inaccuracies in your calendar data.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 17338406 Canada Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three (3) months.
Termination
You may stop using MeetingTime and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we'll update the "Effective date" and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
